The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions link below applies to all purchase orders issued by the San Diego Unified School District. Acceptance of any Purchase Order shall effect a contract between the Buyer (District) and the Seller (Vendor/Supplier/Contractor) under which the rights, liabilities and obligations of the Buyer and Seller shall be governed.
