SDUSD resident children turning 4 by September 1st will be eligible for enrollment in Transitional Kindergarten.
While parents are welcome to apply for Choice to TK, we anticipate that seats will be limited. Parents are urged, therefore, to pre-enroll in the school of residence in addition to applying for Choice for the best chance at an offer of enrollment in the preferred school(s).
Dedicated Magnet schools will only enroll TK pupils via Choice, as these schools do not have traditional boundaries: Barnard, Language Academy, Longfellow, Mountain View, and Muir Language Academy.
