The District strives to contract with the following trained, experienced, and competent professional consultants: architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, and construction project management services. Most Professional Service Providers DO NOT Need to be Pre-Qualified.

Professional services procurement follows California Government Code sections 4525 et seq. and 53060 and California Education Code sections 17596 and 81644. Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ), Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) may be issued every two to five years to solicit qualified firms. Upon selection through RFQ/RFSQ or other means such as a direct negotiation and approval of agreement by the District's Board of Education, firms are issued a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to commence work on specific projects.  District professional service solicitations are advertised in the Daily Journal and PlanetBids™.

The District operates under a structured procurement process to enlist professional services essential for fulfilling its bond program mission. These services encompass a broad spectrum of expertise and are vital for the successful execution of various projects and initiatives.
